About Me
Lexi is a dedicated and compassionate osteopath who brings a fresh, holistic perspective to patient care. With a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of the body’s systems, she delivers personalized osteopathic treatment that addresses the root causes of pain and discomfort—not just the symptoms.
She holds a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost.) degree from the esteemed London School of Osteopathy, where she graduated with distinction and was nominated for the Institute of Osteopathy’s Rising Star Award. During her studies, Lexi developed a strong interest in paediatric osteopathy and women’s health, and has since completed additional training to deepen her expertise in these specialist areas.
At the heart of Lexi’s practice is a belief in whole-body healing through hands-on care. She takes the time to truly listen to each patient’s story, considering not only their physical condition but also their lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and personal goals. Her approach fosters trust and empowers patients to take an active role in their own health journey.
Before beginning her osteopathic career in the UK, Lexi spent several years as a professional dancer. This experience sparked her passion for movement and body awareness, which now informs her clinical work.
In addition to her osteopathic qualifications, Lexi is a certified Clinical Pilates Therapist. She often integrates Pilates-based exercises into her treatment plans to help patients build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture—further supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.
Lexi is committed to staying at the forefront of osteopathic medicine, regularly attending workshops, seminars, and conferences to refine her skills and expand her knowledge. This dedication to lifelong learning ensures that her patients benefit from the most effective and innovative techniques available—whether they’re seeking personalized osteopathic treatment for back pain, joint stiffness, or other musculoskeletal concerns. Lexi also contributes to the profession as a member of the London School of Osteopathy’s teaching faculty and has recently joined their team of examiners.
Although she has a special interest in women’s health and paediatrics, Lexi enjoys treating patients from a variety of different backgrounds and has had the privilege of working with the Fiji rugby team and treating some of the top gymnasts across the country.
Outside of her practice, Lexi is an avid reader and enjoys the tranquillity of nature, often spending time walking and exploring the countryside with her dog. In her downtime, she finds relaxation and fulfilment in working on various creative projects, including sewing, crochet, and pottery.
