About Me

Lexi is a dedicated and compassionate osteopath who brings a fresh and holistic approach to patient care. With a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the body’s systems, she strives to provide comprehensive and personalised treatment plans that address the root causes of your pain and discomfort.

Lexi earned her Masters of Osteopathy (M.Ost.) degree from the prestigious London School of Osteopathy where she graduated with distinction and was nominated for the Institute of Osteopathy’s Rising Star Award. During her studies, she took a particular interest in paediatric osteopathy and women’s health and has undertaken several courses to further her knowledge in these specialist areas.

At the core of Lexi’s practice is a genuine care for her patients. She believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. This means taking the time to listen to each patient’s story, understanding their lifestyle, and considering their emotional and mental well-being alongside their physical health. Lexi is committed to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, empowering them to take an active role in their own health journey.

Prior to moving to the UK to begin her osteopathic journey, Lexi spent many years dancing professionally where she began to combine her passions of health and movement together.

She is also a Clinical Pilates Therapist and integrates Pilates exercises into her treatment plans, empowering her patients with the tools to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture.

Lexi is dedicated to staying at the forefront of osteopathic medicine and regularly attends workshops, seminars, and conferences to keep her skills and knowledge up to date. This commitment to lifelong learning ensures that her patients receive the most effective and innovative treatments available. She is also part of the London School of Osteopathy’s teaching faculty and has recently joined their team of examiners.

Although she has a special interest in women’s health and paediatrics, Lexi enjoys treating patients from a variety of different backgrounds and has had the privilege of working with the Fiji rugby team and treating some of the top gymnasts across the country.

Outside of her practice, Lexi is an avid reader and enjoys the tranquillity of nature, often spending time walking and exploring the countryside with her dog. In her downtime, she finds relaxation and fulfilment in working on various creative projects, including sewing, crochet, and pottery.
